Thomas Martin

 I received a Bachelor's Degree Cum Laude from Boston College in 1974 and enrolled in Villanova Law School. I graduated from Villanova Law School Cum Laude in 1977. While there, I was an editor of the Law Review.

Following law school, I served as a law clerk for one (1) year to the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn, Jr., a United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I worked as an associate and later as a partner in a major Philadelphia law firm devoted primarily to civil litigation until starting my current firm.

I am a member of the American and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Associations, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Brehon Law Society and the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. I serve on the Federal Courts Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

I have received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating given by that organization.

I am admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
