I received my law degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, in June of 1970, and have continuously engaged in the practice of law since that date. I have spent 28 years litigating cases in the State of Wisconsin. I have litigated cases in many different counties in the State of Wisconsin during this period of time.

Prior cases have involved: Automobile accidents, car/train accidents, diving/swimming accidents, defective products, legal malpractice, traumatic brain injury, brain injury from carbon monoxide, work-related injuries, slips and falls, wrongful deaths, electrical shock injuries, property damage claims resulting from failed construction components such as cement, expansion joints, structural components, etc.

I have also litigated a number of trade secret cases, cases involving covenants not to compete, theft of computer data, misappropriation of intellectual property, contract actions, construction liens, insurance coverage issues, and a large variety of other commercial claims.
