THOMAS S. WOOTEN

Originally from Eureka, Calif. where I worked with the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office. Moved to Solano County in 1981 and left law enforcement in 1986 to attend law school. Attended four years of night school at Lincoln Law School while working full time and finished third in my graduating class.
