Melissa A. Atteberry received her Juris Doctorate degree in June of 1995 from Cal Northern School of Law in Chico, California. She was an associate attorney at the law firm of Minasian, Spruance, Baber, Meith, Soares & Sexton, LLP in Oroville, California, was previously a shareholder of Kelleher, Olivera & Atteberry, a Professional Corporation, Atteberry and Roe, a Professional Corporation, and is now the sole shareholder in the Law Offices of Melissa A. Atteberry. The focus of her practice is on the areas of civil litigation, including contract and real estate disputes, and all aspects of family law, including child custody/visitation, division of assets and obligations, child support and spousal support, guardianships, and adoption.
