Kelly K. Roe

Kelly K. Roe is an honor graduate of Empire School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in the spring of 1997. After a year in private practice, she relocated to Chico and eventually took a position with Kelleher, Olivera & Atteberry in 2000. She is most passionate about criminal defense and utilizing her degree for the protection of constitutional and civil rights. The focus of her practice is criminal defense, employment law (including disrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination) and family law. Additionally, she manages the firms many corporate accounts and advises our corporate clients on all corporate law matters.
