The law firm proudly adopts the philosophy of "P.O.S." These initials stand for "Positively Outrageous Service", a motto originating from each staff member's belief that lawyers should educate their clients and provide a level of service that catches them off-guard. "We give each client the opportunity to work closely with us on their case. We've found they enjoy becoming knowledgeable in a particular area of law, and have sometimes suggested an idea which we've used in their case," said Journey. "Every Monday at 7:00 a.m., I sit down with a cup of coffee and a tablet, and brainstorm new ideas to advance our client's cases."

Journey has been featured in AMERICA'S OUTSTANDING NAMES & FACES, and has earned degrees in BACHELOR OF SCIENCE, a MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, and a DOCTORATE OF JURISPRUDENCE .

Active in the community, Journey serves as a literacy tutor, Make-A-Wish Foundation volunteer, and American Red Cross volunteer.
