Joe Ganz started this firm after working for many years in a large Seattle litigation law firm. He became convinced that one could take all the positives of a big law firm and refine them and create a more client-oriented atmosphere in a smaller firm. Without sacrificing the support, technology, and resources a big firm can offer, Joe was confident a smaller firm could offer those amenities and eliminate the shortcomings of internal politics; poor client accessibility; huge overhead; inefficient cost control; and personal accountability; all with the goal of providing the client, from the biggest to the smallest, a better relationship; a sense that people really cared about the client and one on one teamwork resulting in enviable results. Joe has, in the past fifteen years, surpassed all of his milestones in proving that his idea was a better one for him and his clients.
