AttorneyPages.com agree as follows:
- The information you post on your Website will be true and not
misleading, and you will keep your Website reasonably current so that it remains true and
not misleading
- You will not list any person as an attorney or lawyer unless
he or she is a member of the Bar in good standing
- You are solely responsible for everything on your Website.

AttorneyPages) do not review the contents of Lawyer Websites before they are
posted, nor do we actively monitor, verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of
your Website
- You are aware that you can be held legally accountable for the
contents of your Website, that it must comply with all advertising, ethical or other
applicable rules of all State Bars and Courts having authority over you and your firm's
attorneys, that your Website must not include defamatory comments, or material that
improperly or without proper authorization uses material of others that is protected by
copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law.
- You will not post on the Website material:
- Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal
activities;
- Disparaging, or promoting harm to or injury against any
person, firm or group, or governmental body, including expressions of bigotry, prejudice,
racism, hatred, or profanity
- Encouraging acts that are cruel to any person, firm or group,

- Politically (as opposed to legally) oriented,
- Infringing any other persons intellectual property
rights in a trademark, service mark, patent, trade secret or copyright.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and
give you an opportunity for input should we, through a complaint or otherwise, become
aware that your Website is violating any provision of this agreement. We, however, reserve
the right to remove your Website from AttorneyPages at any time, and without prior notice,
if we, in our sole discretion, conclude that the Website,
- is violating any applicable state, federal or other applicable
law or rule,
- is violating our then applicable content guidelines (which we
may amend from time to time),
- violates generally accepted Internet standards, or
- is inimical to the best interests of AttorneyPages, or
- if your listing in the AttorneyPages.com Lawyer Directory
lapses
- We shall have no liability whatsoever to you, your firm or any
individual attorney for any claim related to any errors or omissions in your Website, or
any loss or damages resulting from the deletion of or unauthorized changes to your
Website, system outages, file corruption or for any other reasons. Our entire liability
for any claims or damages, whether based in contract or negligence, will be limited to the
amount of charges paid, if any, relative to the period of occurrence of the events which
are the basis of the claim(s). IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYPAGES OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE
FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. No claim, regardless of form, which in any way
arises out of this agreement may be made, nor action based upon such claim brought, more
than 1 year after the basis for the claim is or should have been known by the party
desiring to assert it.
- You agree to indemnify AttorneyPages and hold it harmless for
any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses (including its reasonable attorneys' fees
and expenses) arising from or in connection with the content of your Website.
