Don Steier

Don Steier was born in Los Angeles, California in 1945. He attended public school and is a graduate of John Marshall High School. Thereafter he graduated from U.C.L.A. with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. In 1973 he graduated with a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Los Angeles School of Law and was licensed as an attorney by the State Bar of California. At law school he founded and was the first President of the International Law Society. After admission to the State Bar of California he served as a prosecutor with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. He is past President of the Criminal Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and is the founder and President of the District Attorney Alumni Association. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubble, the highest rating. He has been a partner in Guzin & Steier for the past 25 years. He is married to Felice Webster and has two children.
