Family
Sarah is experienced in all areas of Family Law. She personally has handled many cases of Divorce, Child Custody, Termination of Parental Rights, Deprived Children, Collecting Back Child Support, and Modification of Child Custody and Support.
Bankruptcy
Sarah limits her Bankruptcy practice to only Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy code. This is for individuals who wish to get out of debt and not worry about a payment plan as is required under Chapter 13.
Criminal
Sarah has handled everything from traffic tickets and dog at large cases to DUI/DWI and Manslaughter/Murder. She has experience on both sides of the Criminal Justice system to better help her clients.
Personal
Sarah limits the number of personal injury cases she handles at one time. This is to better serve the client in a more personal manner. Sarah personally handles your case from the initial interview until you receive your money. If you are involved in an Auto Accident or suffer an Injury due to the fault of negligence of another, Sarah will work with you to make sure you receive the compensation you deserve.
General
Sarah is also available for Small Claims actions, Simple Wills, Guardianships, and Mental Health Cases.
If you have a case and Sarah cannot handle it, she will refer you to an Attorney whom she would personally use in that matter.
