He is a founding partner of a mortgage bank and possesses extensive experience as a mortgage broker. Our firm knows that a well crafted Estate Plan will not only protect your interests but will provide to you the credibility and necessary tools which will obviate the need for probate court and manage potential family conflicts.

The Process

As a matter of policy the Client at all times will meet with attorneys not paralegals nor legal interns. All documents will be prepared by an attorney and reviewed by an attorney.

At the initial interview you will be asked questions about health, assets, beneficiaries and charities. You will have ample opportunity to explain your expectations regarding your personal welfare, management of your assets and if applicable, your estate's interest in the welfare of your spouse, partner, children, family members and charities.
