I describe my practice as general in nature because of the wide range of legal matters that I handle both in court as well as out of court. Such legal matters as trusts, wills, estates, will contests, real estate and related litigation, business matters, business litigation, family law, and employment law are things that I frequently handle.

I have also handled other kinds of cases such as the intentional infliction of emotional distress where someone intentionally harrasses, bother, or goes out of their way to make life miserable for you and you suffer emotionally or mentally as a result of theri conduct.

I have handled these kinds of claims botrh in the state courts as well as in the Federal District Court.

The vast majority of my cases, as with most personal injury attorneys, settle before they reach the point that they are filed in court.

I usually accept these cases on a contingency fee basis, which means that you do not pay me any fee unless you are successful.

I have recently litigated complex business cases in Federal District Court, will contests, actions on a contract claims, unfair and deceptive trade practice cases, divorces, child custody cases, uniform commercial code cases, and personal injuries.

My litigation practice is very diverse in that I litigate all of these kinds of cases as well as less frequently in other areas of the law. As a result I am extremely diversified in many areas of the law and frequently appear in court. But I am not the kind of lawyer that accepts your case expecting it to settle and then sending you to another attorney to handle the case if it must go to court to reach a fair result. For this reason I know my clients well and can try to acieve their goals.

I litigate business problems as well such as defending a products liability claim, bringing suit on contracts, defending and bringing suit under the Uniform Commercial Code, bringing bad faith claims, and I have handled many other different kinds of business litigation claims.
