I am admitted in the states of Massachusetts, Maine, and Pennsylvania. As a result, I have a broad prospective of the law from several jurisdictions as well as from my local practice located in Massachusetts. It is easy to pigeonhole a problem and not realize that the problem's resolution may in fact cover many legal areas as well as many practical considerations. My approach is to try to resolve all of the problems that may arise in a particular situation. My focus is to treat legal problems in a practical, problem solving manner with the idea to resolve problems as quickly and inexpensively as possible. . Another focus of my law practice is to listen to my clients so that I can achieve their goals.
