I have been practicing law since 1977. My practice is a full service law firm with emphasis on civil litigation, including about 45% personal injury and accidents. I handle cases in all courts both state courts and federal courts. My practice involves probate and trust law, business law, real estate, will, trusts, divorce and related areas of the law, business litigation, general practice employment law, estates, landlord and tenants, and consumer law, as well as many other areas of the law. I conciliate cases for the Essex County Superior Court and the Salem District Court. I am a former president of the Salem Bar Association. The focus of my practice has always been to listen closely to my clients and to achieve their goals if possible.
