Practice Areas
Personal Injury
Personal injury claims come in a variety of forms - victims of automobile accidents, individuals injured on the job whose employer does not have workers' compensation insurance, injuries received on the property of a business or an individual, to name a few. We represent persons with these types of claims, or any claims for injuries suffered because of the negligence or fault of another.
Medical Malpractice
Unfortunately, patients can be injured through the negligence of their health care providers - whether a doctor, a nursing home, a hospital or some other professional. Medical providers can do or fail to do things that seriously injure their patients. We have a long history of representing injured patients in their medical malpractice claims.
Deceptive Trade Practices
The Texas Consumer Protection and Deceptive Trade Practices Act was passed by the Texas legislature to protect consumers from false and misleading statements and information used to get them to purchase products, goods or services that they otherwise would not have purchased. We represent consumers who have claims under the DTPA against the sellers who violated the Act.
Fees & Expenses
Our firm is available to represent clients on a contingency fee basis. That provides the following benefits to our clients:
- All attorney's fees come from whatever settlement or judgment is collected on your claim.
- If there is no recovery of either a settlement or a judgment, the client owes us nothing.
- The expenses associated with the claim can be either paid by the client as the claim progresses, or paid by the firm and deducted from the settlement or judgment that is obtained.
