Mr.Chase has been practicing law for more than 25 years. He is admitted to the Bars in Arizona and Connecticut, and has been admitted to practice before various Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court, as well as the trial courts in several states. Ken is the past Vice Chair of the Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association, has testified as a legal expert in court, and has organized and moderated a seminar for a trial lawyers association.
